Candy & Nut Store is located in Southwestern Ohio.

All products on this web store are for direct sale to consumers, product is not labeled for resale.

All product ordered on our web store ships from our Ohio location.  Your credit card is pre-approved and the amount is put on hold by our SecureNet Payment Systems gateway at the time your order is placed.  Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment.

Please note that Candy & Nut Store does not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as working days or delivery traveling days. Additionally, your order typically will not ship out the day you place the order. We always work to get everything on its way as soon as possible, which is most often is the day after you order. We make every effort possible to get all orders shipped within 3-5 working days.

In the summer months chocolates do not ship out on Thursdays or Fridays.

Candy & Nut Store reserves the right to cancel or void any order due to pricing errors or discrepancies.  

All product is guaranteed to be fresh and delicious at the time of shipment.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or our service, please contact us and we will make every effort to make things right.

We are sorry, but for health reasons we cannot accept any food products for a refund unless they are damaged in transit or defective. We understand that there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a question regarding a return, please contact us to see how we can help you.

If your package is sent back to us by the shipper, we will investigate the reason with the shipper and possibly refund you for the product costs minus a 20% restocking fee, but not the shipping fees.

As with anything, mistakes can happen. Please check your order within 48 hours. Any mistakes or damages not reported after 48 hours are no longer valid.
