If your package is sent back to us by the shipper, we will investigate the reason with the shipper and possibly refund you for the product costs minus a 20% restocking fee, but not the shipping fees.
Please check your order within 48 hours of receipt. Any mistakes or damages not reported after 48 hours are not considered valid.
